Megan Thomas obtained her Early Childhood Educator license in 1991 and her Infant Toddler license in 1992. Before joining Crown Preschool in 1999, Megan had eight years of experience as a teacher in a preschool setting and two additional years of related experience. Megan brings tremendous enthusiasm and commitment to her work, as well as sensitivity to the needs of each child and of the preschool as a whole.

Caroline Crowe completed training in England and worked as a nanny for 18 years before joining Crown Preschool as a parent in 1992. Since her children graduated, she has continued her involvement in the preschool, initially as a volunteer and later as an assistant teacher. She is now Co-Supervisor. Caroline obtained her Early Childhood Educator license in 1999. Caroline brings her creativity, her fine sense of drama, and her caring for the children and their learning.
